Job Description: - Gather/ understand the Business requirements - working closely with various functional stakeholders - Should be hands-on, willing to take up challenges and a self-starter. - Analyze the requirements, carry out Fit Gap analysis and prepare the Business requirement document or User Stories - Ability to analyze data, draw out trends and suggest actional insights - Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. - Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements - Performing user acceptance testing. - Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures. - Change control on requirements and documents.
