Financial modeling and Business analysis of existing and upcoming projects
- Prepare and monitor from time to time business plans and cash flow statements for projects being developed by the company.
- Prepare financial feasibility models for upcoming projects
- Work out expected IRR, Multiple, PBT, PAT, working capital requirements for the project.
- Doing sensitivity and scenario analysis for the projects.
- Suggest optimum structure including Debt: Equity ratio for the project and prepare DCF and profitability summary for the bankers.
- To conduct real estate market study & track real estate research reports on continuous basis for cities of interest for the company.
- Prepare and monitor from time to time business plans and cash flow statements for projects being developed by the Company.
- Co-ordinate with business development team and members of other departments for technical and financial evaluation of projects.
- To prepare and report to the Senior management the projects under consideration by the BD team.
- Coordination between different inter-company departments and external agencies for new projects evaluation.
Candidates with a degree in Real estate urban planning from NICMAR will be preferred.
