Skills set: - Adept in financial modeling - Proficient in MS Excel - Basic understanding of Real Estate Business - Experience in data sourcing, collection and interpretation. - Well versed and capable of preparing effective presentations on MS PowerPoint. - Ability to innovate and re-imagine business models that enhance value of business analysis vis-a-vis key metrics. Operational deliverables: - Data sourcing, collection and interpretation - Preparing detailed spreadsheets vis-a-vis business case evaluation - Track metrics and benchmarks of the portfolio and projects - Financial modeling and variance Analysis - Preparing cash flow schedules - MIS in coordination with respective departments.
