Skills Required :

- Analysis of Financial Statements (Balance Sheet / P&L Statements)

- Financial Modeling & Analysis

- Strong analytical & decision making skills

- Ability to conduct cost / benefit analysis

Responsibilities Areas :

- Real Estate Business Planning, Project Appraisals, Project Infrastructure Finance, Business Valuation and Financial Analysis, Real Estate Market Intelligence and Business Development.

- Forming SPV's for a Joint Developments involving Legal aspects, Financial Structure, Economic Viability, Technical Feasibility and Risk sharing aspects in the whole SPV formation for successful execution of the project.

- Preparing and presenting key operational and strategic issue to Management

- Monitor and analyze key economic and demographic trends in assigned geographic markets by using all statistical measurement.

- Determining and facilitating the implementation of the suitable change to successfully achieve the strategic goals of the organization.

- Develop and maintain working relationships to obtain market insight; internally with the concerned business and other lending teams across Region's group of markets, and externally with brokers, appraisers, and research professionals.

- Interacting with various financial institutions such as Investment bank, NBFC and Rating agencies regarding funding and financing requirement.

- Monitoring and analyzing cash flow position with an objective of deducting early signal of deterioration.
