The Role:
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a vision of redefining the home journey and make it easier not only for customer but also for the stakeholders.
Stakeholders
- External - Lenders, Real Estate Developers, Regulatory Bodies, Strategic Fintech Partners, Customer
- Internal - Business Team, Technology Team, Product Team, Data Science Team
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand custodian and managing its campaigns - communication, planning, execution
- Coordinate with different stakeholders with Proper Planning, Prioritizing & Influencing, and Effective Execution.
- Defining business requirements and reporting them to internal stakeholders.
- Create graphical representation of As-Is and To-Be sub-processes to improve efficiency of home loan process in terms of TAT and efforts.
- Assemble large and complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
- Identify, design, and implement internal business process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery,
optimal system integrations etc.
- Apply Variance Analysis to assist business decisions in achieving long term, mid-term, and short-term goals.
- Identify opportunities, outlining problems, and solutions for business by coordinating with external stakeholders, specifically strategic FinTech partners with common vision
- Lead the integration with external stakeholders, specifically Lender systems to increase the efficiency of business processes.
- Elicitation of business requirements by coordinating with the business team internally.
- Creating and maintaining proper documentation of business processes: data flow diagrams, flowcharts, business rules etc.
- Analyse and create business reports to check the health of various sub-processes in the home loan process using visualisation tools.
- Lead the data capturing strategy of business.
- Be a part of Agile software development product team as a representative of business.
- Build data tools for business analysis.
- Work with data and analytics specialists to strive for greater functionality in the data systems.
Qualification & Experience:
- Master's degree in Business administration (Data Analytics) or 5+ years of Experience as Business Analyst.
- B.Tech. or B.E. + Data Analytics courses or 2+ years of Data Analytics experience.
- Experience in workflow management tools: Airflow, Big Query tables, Snowflake Data Warehouse, Cloud Storage etc.
- Experience in AI/ML models used in any business process.
- Detailed understanding of Python
Required Experience:
- 2+ years of experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages.
- 2+ years of experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- 1+ years of experience in working on Agile/SCRUM development team.
- 1+ years of experience with Data Flow, Data Pipeline.
- 1+ years of experience with cloud services.
- Successful history of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large disconnected datasets.
Skills & Personal Attributes:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of business structure
- Good Business Process modeling using any of the established standards. Eg.: Business Process Model and Notation
- Good knowledge of Data-flow-diagrams.
- Good Analytical and problem solving.
- Technical writing skills
- An understanding of systems and software engineering concepts
