Business Analyst - Real Estate

Core Functions :

- Transaction Management, Retail Advisory and Consultancy, F& B, Strata Sales, Alternatives (co-living, co-working, student accommodation, schools)

About the Business Analyst Responsibility :

- An opportunity to be part of high growth team that is changing the face of Retail in India. An opportunity to work with senior leadership and create a meaningful impact with data analysis,research and advisory to business and leaders.

- Assist in updating the underwriting model, adjusting for changes in the cost and revenue side of the project throughout the development life-cycle and reporting impact on projected investment returns; providing inputs for cashflows, budgets and valuation studies. Prepare research reports, client pitches, presentations

- Produce the regular Monthly reports, coordinate for inputs from across locations into a comprehensive reporting structure for presentation to leadership and other senior stakeholders.

- Help facilitate the monthly Meetings, including the recording of minutes and follow-up on action points

- Coordinate and collaborate across internal functional groups and external consultants in carrying out their project responsibilities, facilitating necessary calls / meetings

- Monitor, record and update leadership on all relevant market activity, including public policy, competitor developments etc.

- Support the business heads on new initiatives, identify new business segments for growth

- Oversight of the Company's internal and external marketing including Social Media + content creation for the business
