Main Purpose :

Execute Reporting vertical responsibilities (of the Insights Services Hub) as part of the broader Global Transformational agenda for Atlas project countries, with specific geographic responsibility for one of the key teams: India

Accelerate PepsiCo business growth by contributing to the sub-team within the Hub responsible for creating/updating dashboards, delivering periodic and on-demand performance reviews, and addressing ad-hoc requests based on internal and external data sources. These individuals will be short-term responsible for knowledge transfer from the business and flawless delivery of recurring reports. Once established, they will execute optimization of the content and processes, including ad hoc questions and overall automation of delivery.

Functional Responsibilities:

- Execute against team charter for Reporting & Analytics for AMESA (MENA in specific)

- Execute market, portfolio, and brand level reporting of marketing KPI performance (utilizing dashboards, templated decks, and reporting tools)

- Explain business performance, drivers, and optimization opportunities

- Monitor key channel, customer, competitor and emerging player performance and execute reporting at required intervals

- Provide deep dive analysis and responses to ad-hoc follow-ups when double-click required with tables/charts/stories using relevant data

- Lead/support the Agency interactions for some of the recurring work like AOP/JBP etc.

- Lead/Support Analytics presentations and reporting with Category team

- Provide support on yearly Advanced Analytics Projects like Category Growth Forecasting, MMM

- Provide business performance explanations, incorporating considerations beyond data into the reporting

- Support Reporting Lead/Sr. Managers/Managers deliver against needs articulated by Business Partners within the Hubs to address the business questions and process requirements

- Support processes for output adherence and delivery to agreed scope - in line with the agreed timelines, aligned templates and content management

- Monitor and act upon regular feedback inputs from deliverables end-users and Business Partners

- Flag and monitor any business risks related to delivering the operational output (facilities, IT resources, recruitment efforts)

- Primary executor responsible for flawless support process and structure, including knowledge management and transfer

- Deliver against needs of stakeholders, requesters and end service users

- Responsible for managing multiple priorities; being able to manage deadlines and deliverables

Process management :

- Due Diligence and Data quality assurance For retail Audit and Kantar Household Panel

- Support communication processes with Reporting vertical leaders and Business Partners (project planning, workflow monitoring, quality checks, on-going changes)

- Help Reporting vertical leadership develop and finetune internal COE processes (work-flow mapping, pain-points and bottlenecks management) both related to service delivery and internal center operations

- Improve existing processes based on frequent end-user and Business Partner feedback loop

SSC strategy delivery :

- Support efforts to establish Reporting sub-team within SSC as a delivery point of contact for all regular reporting needs for Business Partners

- Support simplification, standardization and digitization efforts (in cooperation with global and sector stakeholders)
