- The role holder has to handled the end-to-end quality management of temperature controlled logistics business unit.

- It is one of the largest cold chain companies in India servicing more than 300 customers. They offer FTL, PTL and warehousing services. Pharma and Life Sciences industry requires customized temperature controlled logistics solution for their growing needs.

Specific responsibilities -

1. Develop and implement QMS system specifically targeted at Pharma and Life Sciences companies

2. Ensure maintenance of our reefer fleet through the carrier dealership network and pit-stops

3. Develop and execute protocols to ensure no temperature excursion in all our trips

4. Develop validation and calibration protocols for the reefer vehicles

5. Lead the temperature management desk that tracks the temperature of the running vehicles

6. Provide user requirements for strengthening the on-line temperature management systems

7. Handle the audit processes and CAPA management based on audit observations

8. Develop training modules related to temperature management and QMS for the entire organization

9. Manage the training delivery process

Years of experience : 4+ years

Professional attributes :

- Handled Quality function in MNC temperature controlled logistics players. Specifically - World Courier, PDP Life Sciences, Marken, Sequel Logistics- etc

- Have expertise in temperature controlled logistics for Pharma and Life Sciences products

- Deep familiarity with Pharma quality requirements

- Expertise in developing and implementing QMS

- Expertize in validation and calibration protocols for reefer vehicles

Personal attributes :

- They are looking for go-getters, with high drive and ownership who will be able to bring new clients and manage existing client relationships.

- The person should be able to understand client needs and requirements and design a solutions for them.

- This role requires the candidate to build, lead and mentor his/her team.
