Description

The candidate should have experience in the North American Insurance market

Understanding client organization's direction, structure, and requirements.

Analyzing client organization's industry and competitive position.

Documenting and analyzing required information and data.

Preparing requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations.

Provide Surety Business Process expertise in assisting with the development of current and future state processes

Provide Insurance Industry Analysis and gather information for the integration of insurance agency systems (Claims, Underwriting, Distribution, Product- )

Industry knowledge; a solid understanding of operations, underwriting and agency community within the Property and Casualty Insurance vertical

Executive, Project Management or Business Analyst (BA) skills; knows how to collaborate with business and technical client representatives to gather requirements for new business process or systems.

Able to draw upon experiences and industry best-practices to establish recommendations.

Strong leadership, documentation and communications skills.

Strong organizational skills

Able to work in a face-pace, high intensity projects with a significant number of people.

Able to work with cross functional teams to devise and drive out business approaches.

Able to present solutions and create effective presentations for project leadership.

Provide Technical Recommendation and Testing

Identifies and documents system deficiencies and recommends solutions.

Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.

Understands the necessity of project standards and applies them consistently.

Able to work under tight timeframes and be able to multi-task effectively.

Willing to participate in industry forums and conferences

Have experience writing whitepaper and can speak at events

At least 7 - 10 years of experience working within Insurance operations either as a consultant or directly.

Experience in Process redesign

Qualification : MBA, Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, PMP

Years of Experience : 8 - 10 years experience in Property and Casualty Insurance
