We do have an opening for one of the leading Pharmaceutical company for the profile of Systems Implementation Business Analyst and Project Manager at Hyderabad.
Job Description: Key responsibility for the Systems Manager would be to conceive, plan, organize, schedule, coordinate and supervise areas of management systems
Duties and Responsibilities :
Business Analyst :
- Interacts with the business to gather, understand and document business needs and requirements on projects
- Documents project scope including conceptual design, business and quality requirements
- Map business processes and propose recommendations. Develop functional specifications and system design specifications
- Works with architects and business partners to identify technical solutions and business process improvements that are in line with IT and business strategy
- Solution the client requirements balancing the value proposition and scope
- Perform tool and vendor evaluation to identify the right solution for meeting the user requirement
Project Manager :
- Manage project end-to-end from planning to closure using project management best practices and templates
- Responsible for overall project deliverables scoping, project planning, requirements document, proposals and other requisite documents
- Prepare SOWs, RFPs and budgets
- Manage vendor activities and coordinate with multiple internal and external teams to supervise project delivery
- Identify, track, manage and mitigate project risks/issues
- Manage scope and follow change management process
- Plan and define testing approach, help prioritize testing activities in support of identified risks in project schedules or test scenarios
- Ensure client delight and build relationships with clients
- Provide regular updates to assigned Program Management team and clients on the status of multiple projects
- Ensure quality and accuracy of approach and track projects so that they are delivered on time and in budget
- Actively monitor client satisfaction and plan and act on customer feedback activities
Skills Required :
- Strong interpersonal, consultative and management skills required in managing critical internal and external relationships and activities
- Good understanding of GMP and Quality systems
