Business Analyst/Project Manager - Performance Improvement - Payments Technology

Job role:

The candidate will be responsible for delivering projects in the area of Payments, Merchant Acquiring, Retail Banking / Payments Technology etc.

The consultant will be aligned to a business domain and/or function. The purpose of the role is to manage and execute business efforts across a portfolio of consulting projects or play a key role in global priority programs.

Responsibilities:

Current state research, data gathering and analysis

- Data analysis and modelling

- Process analysis and documentation

- Business requirements gathering from stakeholders

- Business requirements definition and prioritization

Experience Required:

Strong understanding of Payment domain (cross border, domestic payments, SWIFT messages, ISO20022)

- Experience/Understanding of payments operations across various stages like payment initiation, validation, sanctions, processing, post processing

- Experience in implementing strategic payment & Cards solution- design, Innovation and implementation.

- Experience in both Waterfall and Agile

- Experience with operational improvement programs like STP, Automation
