Business Analyst/Project Manager - Finance Optimization System - Big4 Accounting Firm

We have an urgent opening with one of our Big known client (An Big 4 Accounting Firm) for Bangalore location .

Job Designation : Business Analyst / Project Manager Finance Optimization

Mandatory experience :

- Global Fund Accounting Transformation

- Business Analyst's would support the requirements, design and test phases of the ARKs initiative and help drive the integration of ARKs into Operational BAU, whilst also providing collaboration support to development teams and stakeholders

- Document the business outcomes and opportunities in relation to the Accounting Structures in scope for ARKS

- Evaluate the business outcomes relating to Exception Management, Workflow Orchestration and Dashboard reporting to determine options, derive recommendations that help address the required business outcomes

- Assist in the development of Exception Management rule sets and processes, and assist in the determination how they should be executed within Target Operating Model

- Lead, participate and facilitate in requirement / design session with appropriate stakeholders

- Create a dependency matrix detailing the workflow requirements for Fund Accounting to enable End to End NAV Workflow orchestration

- Assist in the operational implementation and support of ARKS

- Provide subject matter expertise in Fund Accounting

Key Skills :

- Ability to work with operational teams to elicit and formally define their requirements, and break down into EPICs and User Stories

- Experience with Agile methodology, writing user stories, attending scrum calls, prioritizing backlog, etc.

- Exposure to data governance frameworks

- Experience of system testing and creating acceptance criteria / test scripts

- An understanding of Fund Accounting and a willingness to develop understanding in this area

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Be flexible and adaptable, able to work on multiple projects at any one time

Education - CA, MBA Finance, CFA
