Business Analyst/Product Manager - Functional Design

Job Responsibilities :

- As a Product Manager you are supposed to define business requirements and produce functional design specifications on timely basis.

- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact

- Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.

- Proactive and effective communications to all stakeholders on the product new functionalities, changes or upcoming features.

Incase you have the Functional Domain knowledge in any of the below areas would be an advantage :

- Talent Management areas related to Performance Management, Succession planning, 360 degree

- Time and Attendance Management

- Payroll

- Employee Life Cycle & HRIS
