Business Analyst - Product Company

Requirement Specification

- 1 to 4 years of experience, Excellent written and verbal communication skills is must as this is a client facing role

- Resource should prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing information sharing with stakeholders

- Resource would need to do detail analysis of the CCD, Project Charter of functional specifications from clients / BA

- Resources should have sound knowledge on SQL and RDBMS concepts.

- Resource would need to do database testing & making stakeholders walkthrough with the reports .

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Basic US payroll & Enterprise knowledge with FPC, CPP and/or PHR certification is an added advantage

- Willing to work in US Shifts, night shifts

Mandatory Skills: Business Analyst, SQL and UAT - All are mandatory
