Company: Leading Indian Bank  Job Designation: Business Analyst/ Process Excellence Analyst  Location: Mumbai  No of Openings: 5  Qualification:   Degree level Bachelor's degree, MBA  Degree field business, computer science  Certification: six sigma  Experience: 3 - 5 Years  Job Profile:   - Will work closely with the business & technical teams to document process information using visual diagrams in the form of business process models (using the Business Process Management Notation Or the Flowchart Notation)  - Analyse process models as they are (as-is), compare them to the future & improved designs (to-be) & determine the necessary changes for arriving at the improved state.  - This person understands business & ensures that there is integration between business & technology.  - Design business processes (to-be) & manage any subsequent changes to them.  - Identify, document & analyse business rules that govern the implementation of business process & document business process for ISO 9001 & other quality certification.  Candidate Requirement:  - 3+ years of experience working as a functional, data, business Or process analyst in the banking industry.  - 3+ years of customer interfacing experience - project oversight, customer presentation.  - Experience in ISO certification projects will be an added advantage.  Should have carried out the following tasks as a part of his/her job profile:  - Write Business Process Management System (BPMS) specification to be used by the developers for process automation.   - Test & execute processes using the BPMS to ensure that the right results are achieved.  - Use of visio or similar tools:  1. Process Blueprint (L1-L2) preparation.  2.
