Business Analyst - Payment Services

In the process, currently we are partnering with a Very Large Bank.

My Client is Looking for the following position, based at Mumbai

Job Title : Business Analyst at Associate Director Level (Payment Services Hub (PSH))

Location : Mumbai

Skills :

- Strong experience working as a Functional or Business Analyst in a BFSI

- Experience in Payment Hub / Payment Services Hub and related functions is must

- Must have managed large scale Payment Hub projects from conceptualization to implementation

- Must be familiar with Corporate, Retail and Business Banking Payments domain

- Experience in payments areas like SWIFT, NEFT, RTGS, ACH, IMPS, CFMS, Payment Gateway, Clearing etc is must

- Experience in leading Payment Hub products like Polaris, Montran, ACI, Logica etc will be an advantage

- Must be familiar with other aspects of Payment Hub like Regulations, Operations, Reconciliation, MIS etc.

- Must be familiar with Risks and Controls related to Payment Hub

- Should be familiar with leading technology solutions in this domain

- Should be able to work with business, IT, Operations to build and manage these solutions.

- Should be able to work with business and operations in scoping their requirements

- 13 - 17 years of customer interfacing experience - project oversight, customer presentation.

Should have carried out the following tasks as a part of his/her job profile :

- BRD preparation

- FSD preparation

- Use of Visio or similar tools

- Process Blueprint (L1-L2) preparation

- Process Design (L3-L4) preparation

- Test Scenarios/Test Cases - Selection

- Co-ordinate UAT and sign off

- Creation of Procedures, Manuals (L5-L6) and Users Training and sign off

Responsibilities :

- Managing a team of Payments Business Analysts

- Business requirements gathering and translating them into BRD as per IDFC standards

- Business requirement analysis

- Preparation of process maps and review them with different stakeholders

- Explanation of BRDs to IT, SI and OEMs

- FSD analysis, review and sign-off. Coordination with various parties for this.

- Work with IT team, OEMs on implementation, certification, product setup, parameterization, user setup etc

- Manage end-to-end User Acceptance Testing

- Help with Operations team on SOPs

- Provide necessary support for Product Training

- Post production support from PDG perspective

- Production Support
