Business Analyst
The Candidate is expected to do the following on an ongoing basis:
- This position will work with business owners to determine technology/product requirements, evaluate designs & determine functionality of applications.
- This position will create requirement documents (project charters, requirements Specifications, functional design specifications) for use by the application development teams.
- This position will invite proposals from various vendors and actively participate in vendor evaluations and facilitate demos and POC presentations to management and end-user trainings post implementation
- This position should be forward looking in all areas with connections to various business applications to ensure that standards and IT common practices are appropriately incorporated. In addition, this position must closely monitor enhancements across other related systems and effectively prepare for appropriate changes.
- This position will be expected to manage cross-functional relationships, work with IT/business teams, negotiate IT business demands and communicate IT direction to leadership, project, and functional heads.
Skill Set :- Functional knowledge of ERP package like SAP / Oracle E-Business
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, MS Project)
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and strong analytical skills
- Experience in lean methodology and Business process mapping
