Business Analyst - Operations (Procurement and Supply-Chain)
1. Reporting to: Manager - Business Applications (Finance and Ops)
2. Job Description : The Operations Analyst will be responsible for the digital transformation of operations functions (Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing) at company by leveraging the industry leading practices and platforms
Identify, evaluate, select, and implement new-age technology platforms that will transform the way we do business
3. Responsibilities :
- Identify, evaluate, select, and implement new-age technology platforms that will transform the way we do business
- Analyze current system processes and design functional requirements
- Form professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Define and hold the KPIs and SLAs for projects and ops
4. Qualifications
- MBA in Operations Management / CA / BE
- 5+ years of experience in CPG, Manufacturing, Retail, or relevant domains
5. Skills
- Through process understanding of procurement, supply-chain, manufacturing
- Ability to go beyond the requirements and identify the actual business problem
- Experience in implementation of systems such as Material Requisition Planning, Transport Management, Warehouse Management, Forecasting, Material Requisition Planning, production planning
- Strategic thinking and be able to break down to action
- Prior experience of SAP implementation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent at business requirements documentation
