As the role will report to CEO,experience in handling stake holders is a must.
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
- Perform quality assurance; fine reporting and alerting requirements
- Integrate large volume of data and derive information from them which helps in decision making
- Own and develop relationship with businesses, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
- Help design, document and maintain system processes
- Communicate key insights and findings to required teams
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve, monitor & discover issues with the aim of delivering highest value at all times
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel
- Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance would be an added advantage
- Ability to analyse data to draw business-relevant conclusions and be able to use data visualization techniques and tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
