Business Analyst - Marketing Spend Effectiveness - FMCG
Mandatory Experience:
- Hands on experience in end-end marketing mix modelling in R and/or Python. SAS will be accepted.
- Experience in Global Media Spend Optimization as part of optimal resource allocation using OR routines for effective media targeting.
- Experience in leveraging MMM to build Brand Forecasts
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts with experience in modeling large data sets
- Exceptional Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with infographics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in leading a team of analysts to check accuracy and integrity of data in key reports for finance and sales users
- Ability to trouble shoot complex data problems as well as fulfil major and minor enhancement requests in a very short time frame
