DESIGNATION : Business Analyst

LOCATION : Noida

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives.The business analyst would be part of business development team for building analytical and customised business solutions to cater to client needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Interface with Business Users and gain understanding of requirements/ processes through meetings and discussions.

- Provide systems analysis and design support for new developments and enhancements. Plan for end-to-end project execution and evaluate results to ensure accuracy and quality of system changes/developments.

- Coordinate with teamand client for Technology sales.

- Participate in project planning, tracking and reporting.

- Manage project scope and schedule.

- Conduct project pitches with initial dipstick reports.

- Ensure the efficient and effective project delivery along with sales and client servicing loyalty team.

- Visualize, evaluate and customize the technical solution for business problem of the client.

CANDIDATE PROFILE AND QUALIFICATION :

- Absolute Livewire, ambitious with big dreams.

- Never say die attitude, bundle of positivity and always on lookout for bigger responsibilities.

- Tech savvy and quick learner. Looking to innovate and improvise all the time.

- Aptitude to grasp information and knowledge every day, all the time.

- Skills to identify the client's stated and unstated needs.

- Penchant for exploring the unexplored.

- Graduate, Preferably MCA.

- 4-5 years of experience, preferably in Loyalty Profile.

- Pleasing personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.

- Should have done Coding. (at least once)

- Sound experience in system analysis and User support.
