Job Description-

The principal responsibility of the Business Analyst is to manage the analysis of processes and to oversee and manage all or some of the associated activities.

- Capturing, analysing and documenting of business process (including IT processes)

- Designing of solutions or change interventions (training and communication)

- Managing change activities including tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement

- Managing the tracking and documenting progress

- Working within a project delivery team model with Project Managers, Programme Managers etc - reporting to business sponsors

- Managing support staff, ensuring resources are utilised effectively and resource supply meets demand.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate/post graduate with a relevant experience of 9+ years in the desired profile.

- Good Logical skills

- Pleasing personality

- Superior language fluency and interpersonal skills

Skills Required

- Business Analyst will need a broad understanding of the Investment Banking regulatory landscape, gap analysis and description of the actions/activities needed to go from current to future state.

- It will need to examine and define work required within Operations and in respect of IT applications and process areas such as Finance, Risk, Balance Sheet Management.

- Risk Mitigation.
