Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Ensure execution of pricing approved in NPR at the market level

- Propose marketing analysis for different product segments

- Implement new offers (product launches) into the product database and accelerate the updation vs. existing offers/competition products

- Marketing and Commercial operations o Carry out commercial operations (Price comparisons, product sales, product mix) taking into account validated recommendations from product management team

- Deploy and manage the market intelligence database o Analyse and track the results of marketing actions o Evolve the Competition tracker

Key Expected Achievements :

- Product database (Tech specs/region wise)

- Competition tracker for new offers, launches

- Price Tracker

- Business analysis ( Segment Mix/ Revenue/Profit)

- Go to person for Market Intelligence

Performance Measurement Parameters :

- Put in place the database to analyze company product portfolio wrt tech specs/region wise

- Put in place the database to analyze competition wrt to tech/sales /market penetration

- Manage the implementation of the defined pricing in the New Product Development, basis sales /revenue reports

- Do a comprehensive analysis of monthly business wrt to segment/mix/price/revenue/profit and wrt to the budget defined

- Provide all necessary information to improve the information required by Product Management team for strategy building or New Product launch

- Share with the principal stakeholders the quantitative and qualitative results

- Follow Product Management team planning to launch Product and manage its implementation

- Ensure the consolidation of customer audits done at regional levels for Original Equipment manufacturers and key distributors

- Monitor and analyze claims wrt to sales for every key product by region

- Support the Product Management in their presentation activities

- Understanding of the products and segments

Candidate Profile :

- Education : B.E./ MBA (preferred) with a minimum of 2 years of experience

- Demonstrated quantitative and problem solving abilities

- Having an eye for detail and execute assignments with a process-oriented approach

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Expertise in MS-Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
