As a key member of the team, the Business Systems Analyst will contribute to the success of the organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.

- You will leverage your consultative talents and apply your keen analytical skills by providing technical assistance to identify, evaluate and develop cost effective systems that meet Co's needs.

- Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with key business leaders to support them to improve their business performance and process efficiencies.

- Partner with Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing and Quality business partners to identify opportunities for process improvement.

There would be regular analysis of financial statements, ratio analysis etc.

Perform detailed analysis and troubleshooting of business problems.

Qualification And Experience:

1. Engineer & MBA with Minimum 3 years' Experience & Strong knowledge of business processes, with in-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Planning, Quality, and Regulatory.

2. Strong proficiency with Visio, Excel and Word.

3. Demonstrated ability to work creatively, prioritize and smoothly manage goals and initiatives amidst competing priorities.

4. Critical thinker with strong attention to detail, and ability to problem solve and establish solutions in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.

5. Demonstrate high level capacity in multi-tasking and time management.

6. Knowledge of project management processes, techniques, and tools.
