Business Analyst - Logistics Firm

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Business Analyst

This position will be a part of the New Business Finance team /Control Tower team

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Years of experience - 7-10 yrs

- Academic Background: Essential - B.E/B.Tech/MBA

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Key expectations include independent structuring of the problem, drawing relevant insights by leveraging data and working with functional leaders to drive them to conclusion

- Conceptualising and designing multiple dashboards to track key business KPIs and performance metrics

- Assist in data-driven decision making

- Own data trends, weekly/ monthly reports, and insights

- Support in hypothesising and ideating/ solutions for specific business metrics

- Assist with ad-hoc analysis on various projects as and when required.

- Data analysis and solution building based on insights capture from data

- Responsible for giving insights to management and help in strategic planning.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

- Strong analytic and problem solving skills.

- CA or MBA/PGDM from Tier 1/2 colleges

- 1-2 Years of experience post qualification, preferably in analytics environment

- Strong data Organisation; MS excel and google sheets skills

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills.

- Knowledge of SQL / python/Power query will be an added advantage
