Industry: Logistic Position: Business Analyst Location: Gurgaon Salary: Open (Depend upon Interview and Current CTC) Exp: Min 3 Years Roles &amp; Responsibilities: Scope of Position : Business analyst look at how a company operates - conducting market research and analyze data to develop knowledge-based and suggest methods to improve practices and processes. with the aim of improving financial status, solving existing business problems and achieving higher goals. Principal Responsibilities: - Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. - Analyze the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals are. - Identify problems within a business, including using data modeling techniques. - Communicate with senior people in organizations to find out what they hope to achieve. - Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget. - Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions. - Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends. - Validates resource requirements and develops cost estimate models. - Conduct and coordinate financial, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs of the client group - Prepare data daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports. - 5+ years of experience in Logistics, Civil, Building Material or Freight Forwarding industries with a proven background in business analysis. Required Education and Skills : - Preferred Bachelors/Master's Degree from Tier-1 Institute or reputed university in India. - MBA Preferred and knowledge of Languages (R Python, SQL) - Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational - Detail-oriented, analytical and inquisitive - Ability to work independently and with others - Extremely organized with strong time-management skills - Creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency. - Must possess a strong work ethic. - Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Self-motivated and possess excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
