Job Title: Business Analyst

- Location: Mumbai

- Desired Qualification: CA/MBA (Finance)

Roles And Responsibility:-

- Analysis of business data including financial, sales and operational

- Running programs, maintaining dashboards or populating information in prescribed formats

- Running scenario modelling tools and analytics tools as required to derive conclusions

- Analysis of manpower productivity

- Analysis of various productivity matrices such as sales staff ratio, turnover to staff ratio, finance and operations team strength per unit volume or unit revenue, sales calls per person, etc.

- Benchmarking productivity against the best industry practices

- Monitoring ROI for investments made

- Monitoring ROCE for the company - business-wise

- Monitoring financial health of the company - debt, liquidity, etc. across offices

- Analyze various reports (across sales, customers, products, procurement, other costs etc.) directly downloaded from the system to create meaningful insights various reporting across the group

- Support with budgeting and forecasting exercise by providing deeper insights into key KPIs like volume, yield etc.

- Support the head in various presentations

- Initiate reports that can be automated which can help to increase productivity and develop deeper insights thereby contributing to business growth.

- Create business strategies by identifying new and potential trade lanes

- Create complex revenue forecasting models and develop ad hoc financial analysis.

- Building financial models: Investment/Capex/Opex Analysis, Capital Budgeting (NPV, IRR, Payback period models).
