Business Analyst - Logistics

We have an urgent role with a leading Logistics Group at Gurgaon.

Role: Business Analyst

Profile :

- In-depth analysis for business-optimization projects, reporting tools, revenue programs.

- Use quantitative data gathered to develop an understanding of customer behavior, demographics and lifecycle.

- Prepare predictive/ responsive models to analyses the overall business for different categorization.

- Created visually impactful dashboards for data reporting. Extract, interpret and analyzed data to identify key metrics and transform raw data into meaningful, actionable information.

- Support Management in rolling out the new Projects and Initiatives and updating on the progress and its impact to improve the performance

- Interacting with senior management of the companies on a regular basis to understand their business model, growth strategy, revenue goals and objectives and, making recommendations using sector knowledge and analysis

- Work on data to develop business insights and share with the management and other functional stakeholders.

- Worked on Process Design for Transportation which includes Network design, Network & Route Optimization, Cost Optimization, Route Planning for locations Pan India. (Forward & reverse direction)

- Monitoring & improving transportation TAT through daily analysis of abnormalities.

- Producing reports to analyses the data and improve the performance of the Pit Stops, Clusters, Zones on various parameters.

- Work with operations leadership to identify process quality assurance and productivity monitoring opportunities. Understanding business and industry risk.

- Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
