Business Analyst - (LMS functional) - Leading MNC IT & Telecom Company @ Delhincr

Function : Business Analyst

mission / Role Purpose

To work on various technologies to maintain/develop application

Key Accountabilities

- Provide support for operational issues reported on LMS Application

- Independently handle projects: understand business requirements, study all possible impacts and provide best possible solutions

- Assist in defining requirements and delivering new functionalities in LMS Application

- Interact with technical team and leads to ensure project delivery in compliance with corporate standards

- Communicate activity status and discuss issues through weekly calls with the customers and with Data Management team

Key result / Decision Areas (Outcomes)

- Suggest and implement functional solutions for the requirements

- Propose improvements with low level of customizations

- Follow SDLC processes

- Prepare functional documentation

- Perform system integration testing

Knowledge And Abilities

- Good written and verbal communication skills, fluent English

- Customer centric approach

- Problem solving and investigation capabilities

- Curious, Autonomous, Rigorous

- Ability to learn new technology, new business processes,

- Ability to ability to work in a virtual team environment and with remote staff.

- Ability to work with aggressive schedules

Education, Qualifications, And Certifications

- Graudate, MCA, MSC in Computer science or equivalent

Experience

- Overall 2-3 years of IT Functional experience with 1 to 2 years of functional expertise on learning management systems

Job Skills And Certifications

- Good functional and architectural knowledge of learning management systems (preferably Docent/Sumtotal LMS.)

- Basic knowledge of software programming (HTML, ASP, javascript etc).

- Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills is must

- Good in Oracle RDBMS, writing oracle queries, PL/SQL

- Candidates must have a strong customer focus
