Business Analyst - Life Insurance Domain - Big4 - Contractual Role

Our client, a leading Big4 consulting firm, is actively seeking Business Analysts with prior experience in the Life Insurance domain to join their teams in Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi, or Bangalore. Currently, the firm is engaged in a digital and business transformation project for multiple global clients involving banks and insurance sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Document business requirements in a clear and concise manner using techniques such as use cases, user stories, process flows, and business process models.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements based on business value, urgency, and feasibility.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business objectives, processes, and requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather information.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business users, project sponsors, and other relevant parties.

- Identify and analyse risks associated with proposed solutions or changes to business processes.

- Create presentations and data views using PowerPoint or other tools to illustrate trends, insights, and interpretations of key metrics through graphs and charts.

Ideal Background:

- 5 to 10 years of business analytics experience in the life insurance industry.

- Prior experience with JIRA, Confluence, and knowledge of Agile methodology preferred.

Significant experience in the Life Insurance industry is mandatory.

- A reliable team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of actively integrating input from various sources and collaborating with others to prepare actionable data reports.

This is a 6-month contractual opportunity with a possibility of extension based on performance. The role can be performed remotely with occasional visits to office as required, and consultants preferably based in Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi, or Bangalore.
