Business Analyst- Life Insurance & Annuitie
Skills:
- Domain knowledge in Life Insurance & Annuities
- Detailed hands-on responsibility for business requirement gathering, analysis, testing and implementation of new releases and applications
- Interface between business and Technology Vendors to drive the resolutions on defects, change requests or new functionality
- Understand the detailed processes from functional and technical standpoint
- Undertake business process mapping/re-engineering activities
- Work with other colleagues in IT to collectively fulfill the system delivery responsibilities on project, that have cross-functional inter-linkages
- Responsible for gathering and documenting the functional requirements/change requests, and work with the business contact points for finalizations and signoffs
Specific experience of eliciting:
- different types of reporting requirements
- web/portal based application requirements
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Excellent Communication & Documentation skill
- Interface with Business Users,
- Requirement Gathering,
- Business Requirement
- Documentation (BRD), BRD
- Sign off, Preparing Test Cases,
- Managing User Acceptance
- Testing (UAT), UAT Sign off etc
- Interaction with Business Users and Development team.
- Use case preparation and getting them signed off
- Test Case preparation and testing
- Support thru full SDLC
