Location: Bangalore

Position Responsibilities :
As an experienced Business Analyst, you will be involved in the analysis, development, implementation and evaluation of innovative end-to-end solutions. You will work in close collaboration with the product owner, enterprise solution architect, information technology specialists and business stakeholders to create functional specifications for innovative solutions. Responsible for gathering and translating the business requirements into innovative end-to-end solutions. Transcribing the requirements & solutions into specifications that meet the needs of clients, developers, testers and documentation writers
Position Requirements
You will need:
- A minimum of 8 years Business Analysis experience and a relevant tertiary qualification and/or professional experience in one or more of the following;
- Software Design, Software implementation, Leasing, Accounting, Banking and or in the Financial Services sector.
- A passion for technology and you can hold your own in a conversation with a team of Designers, Product Owner, Architect, Project Managers and Developers.
- Be someone who has an eye for detail, an inquisitive mind and an ability to extricate requirements using a variety of methods.
- An in-depth understanding of the SDLC
- Outstanding communication skills – both written and oral. In particular you must be able to:-
- Apply strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Quickly gain an understanding of our organisation and culture as well as our controls, processes, tools and systems.
- Demonstrate analysis and sharing of complex information.
- Demonstrate sound analytical, design and problem solving skills.
- Show a positive, proactive and professional attitude.
- Resource coordination for the team, in consultation with project managers and other team leaders
- Guide team towards successful project deliveries
- Able to work on multiple streams of work.
- Maintain a focus on excellence.
- The desire to increase knowledge and skills when circumstances call for additional learning.
- The ability to present training when required.
- To work collaboratively and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- To build constructive and effective relationships
- To effectively plan and manage your and your team's time to project timelines
- To travel up to 25% of your time for periods between 2 and 4 weeks
