Key Requirements :

- Operate as the main point of contact for any and all matters specific to our customers

- Collect and analyze data received from the customer and translate them to user requirements

- Assist with the client service requests, understand their requirements and issue and take it forward with the delivery

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

- Analyzing consumer data

- Familiarity with data analysis

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
