Business Analyst (Experience - 3-5 years) :- Leading IT & Telecom Company @ Delhincr

KRA'S:

- Analysis/Study of Change requests, AR’s & new user requests.

- Co-ordination with various Business Owners & IT teams

- Suggest and implement technical solutions for the requirements

- Ensure no / zero gaps between Business, Technical teams

- Level 3 support to production issues for assigned applications within defined SLA

- Support non-regression/regression testing

- Provide technical support during UAT and go live

- Should participate in Requirement Sign-off process

- Should participate in project review meetings as and when required.

- Should be able to drive the project independently from the initiation phase of the project to gather the requirements, freeze upon them and launch the work items on individual
