- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in product/marketing analytics and driving concrete insights
- Strong analytical and quantitative orientation with sophisticated query writing SQL on large data sets
- Expertise in Hadoop/ Big data environments to synthesize and analyze data
- Expertise in PowerBI, Tableau, Excel Pivots / Adobe Analytics
- Proven understanding of data warehousing infra like Hive / Presto
- Basic understanding of scripting languages (R, Python, etc.)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Can clearly, concisely, optimally across multiple levels within the organization, ability to transform data into clear presentations for senior leaders
- Good understanding of A/B testing
