Position: Business Analyst - Mid Level Management Position - 2 nos

Experience: 4 – 6 years

Education: Engineering, Any Graduate

Requirements:

- Someone who started their career with a software development background ( preferably web applications, JAVA) - having this will primarily help in understanding the requirements and designing / architecting the right solution

- Business development and/or Pre Sales experience – as the role will involve creating solutions, meeting clients ,giving presentations ,responding to RFX’s, developing collateral's, case studies etc.

- Experience in biometrics field will be an advantage - exposure to identity management / biometrics will be an advantage since the solution/s will be on identity management

- Position initially based in Tanzania , however job will involve travel and base at another location

- Job also involves attending seminars and business development activities in terms of working with sales team in addressing the requirement and closure
