Looking for a person with over all 8+ years of experience in BFSI domain. - Successfully handling Business requirements for Inward and Outward remittances. - To conduct feasibility analysis for requirement changes and providing alternate solutions wherever feasible. - Interface with Business team to gather business requirements and works on the Functional Specifications. - Resolves requirement issues during SIT and UAT phase of project and also helps in detailed design phase. - Conducting workshops with Business, Operations & Technology teams and transforming provided User Stories into Narrative/FSDs and attaining business sign off - To conduct workshops with Development team to familiarize them with the functional specification/narrative documents. - Highlighting risks/issues during the SDLC Key Responsibility : - Works with business partner to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs - Clearly articulates and documents business requirements - Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands - Manages ongoing relationship with business partner to drive satisfaction with IT - Coordinates project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions - Obtains key inputs from enterprise architecture teams and identifies solution interdependencies - Engages with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems - Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues Education and Experience : - Broad functional experience in BFSI domain primarily in Cash Management in one or more areas such as Payments, Collections and Liquidity. - Bachelor's degree in any field - MBA degree in Finance is preferred - Demonstrated ability to communicate in both verbal and written communication - Demonstrated analytical skills - Basic understanding of information technology and business concepts - Familiarity with general business functions - Problem solving and strong communication skills. Work experience in NBFCs in India is preferable. Time Allocation : - 50% capturing business needs and translating in Functional specifications/process flows through dialogue with business sponsors, - 20% understanding end-user requirements, - 15% working on solution design and communicating with development team - 15% supporting testing.
