Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, existing systems and requirements and propose functional design.
- As guided by the Lead - BPG, adopt the best practices to create, use cases specifications that can be understood by technologists for building software design and QA teams for purpose of test design, scenarios and creating traceability matrix
- Being part of product team, liaise with development and testing teams during all steps of SDLC to provide necessary support in understanding requirements
- Ensure that the requirements are implemented correctly during development by aligning with technology development/ LPaaS support team.
- Perform the UAT/functional testing and assist the business/Ops team for all kind of in-house product training
- Manage interaction with clients for effective engagement/communication of implementation plan to align stake holders internal & external to the organization.
- May need to travel (domestic/international) for long or short stays to spend time on client side as necessary
Technical Skills :
- Visio, Balsamiq
- MS Office
- Hands on experience of collecting and documenting business requirements, use cases and business flows using standard tools
- MS SharePoint (preferable)
