Business Analyst

Hiring Business Analyst for US MNC based out of Bangalore.

- Must have strong communication skills

- Having experience on HCM implementation in past, workday is preferable

- Collecting and analyzing the project s business requirements.

- Coordinate and communicate with the client post-sale to develop an implementation plan for implementing and configuring a purchased solution based upon a client s individual needs.

- Coordinate with stakeholders, Product and Development team to meet development and configuration milestones, being able to develop guidelines, programs, tasks, reports, etc.

- Managing any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed deadlines

- Provide post- implementation support during the transition from implementation to maintenance

Qualification & Experience :

- Should be Graduate or MBA with minimum 6 years of experience as Business Analyst from any industry with good exposure in vendor management, vendor engagement, documentation etc.
