Job description:
- Business Analyst (SG 09 10) The role is to partner with business teams in sales & marketing functions as Business Analyst helping them convert their business needs into solution functionality features. The role also works as a digital partner with hands on working on key platforms to continuously leverage digital capabilities for business value.
- Work as an embedded team member with business teams solving day to day problems with digital. Continuously explore technology solutions and keep MDS to were updated and loop them in to ensure best practices can be pushed upwards and standards can be pushed downwards
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Map current business processes and data flows, understand existing practices and RACI between roles, vendors and tools tech being used along with ownership of tech and data. Input into and review technical specification documents
- Help in business case documentation Build knowhow on key solution platforms and drive adoption through hands on training user training as required Partner with Sales & Marketing teams to track demand for Tech initiatives and convert them into project briefs
- Drive leverage of existing Technologies with through monitoring, reviews and suitable
- Training Work with GSO and Capability teams by providing feedback to help build solution roadmap and influence design fit for market adoption.
- Act as Business Analyst and provide consulting service to help clarify needs demand and convert into Requirements and functional specs On Larger projects responsible convert market demand into suitable Project Charter and liase with the capability towers to include in annual planning process and facilitate transition to active projects.
- Create project charter and Blueprint for large projects and subsequent
- High level functional spec Ensuring Testing quality including Functional, non functional, and regression Engaging with local vendors for deployment of the solution
- Develop KPI and dashboards post implementation on Platform health, and user adoption. Scout and evaluate market for new vendors applications functionality and benchmark best practices new technologies for use and feed the same into Capability teams
