Business Analyst - IT

Hiring for Business Analyst for Bangalore Location.

Experience

- 5 - 9 years of experience in a high performance and high growth organization. Hands on design of RPA Automation

JD Brief:

- 5+ year of IT experience and having good understanding of RPA Automations

- Ability to map business processes to translate to an RPA build, with controls and mechanism to handover to manual queue for handling exceptions

- Should have worked on at least 4 RPA implementations.

- Self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented.

- Work closely with Process SME and OE Team and RPA Developers to understand and collaborate in the process, functional design.

- Prepares design document (FDD) to meet the defined requirements and capturing all the scenario of end to end process.

- Prepare test cases for RPA objects and works collaboratively with operation teams during the Product test and UAT phases.

- Good communication skills for business process alignment and translation of IT requirements.

- Effectively communicate status, metrics and issues on regular basis.

- Strong work ethic with ability to work independently, prioritize & manage work to meet the critical time lines in a fast-paced environment.

- Reports status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis.

- Ability to effectively coordinate multiple and concurrent activities.
