Job Description:
- Mapping existing service and IT processes,
- Applying lean methodology to processes
- Identifying manual intervention and IT modification requirements to meet service and IT objectives,
- Identify roadmap to automate manual interventions,
- Determine roles and expertise required to deliver services and manual interventions,
- Working with the technology lead to determine how technology might enable our services,
- Establishing business feedback/validation sessions,
- Reviewing options for process points and input required to resolve differences,
- Co-ordinating with stakeholder groups such as the Global Audit Methodology Group (GAMG) to develop standardized inputs and outputs (eg templates),
- Identifying training needs and coordinating SMEs to develop training content,
- Having methodology signed off by key stakeholders
