Business Analyst - IT

Job Description:

Gather requirements to determine the scope of work and plan for on-time delivery. Should prepare BRD and FRD.

Should be able to coordinate with customers on deliverables.

Perform complex troubleshooting investigations and document notes and knowledge articles.

Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills both in written and verbal correspondence.

Maintaining client relationships for excellent service and generating frequent business.

Understanding of the entire SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)

Ability to learn and adapt to changing landscape and acquire new skills with technology advancement and readiness towards work at odd hours/on-call & weekends as and when needed.

Skills Required:

Expertise in writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Expertise in documenting requirements for both UI & backend (DB, API) components.

Experience in working on projects that created modern web applications.

3+ years of experience with requirements to launch project cycles.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and powerpoint are required.

Knowledge of the testing phase to help QA team to understand requirements.

Knowledge of sprints and agile development software's such as Azure DevOps/JIRA.

Good to have experience in working with SQL database queries.

Good to have knowledge on JavaScript, Troubleshooting, HTML, .Net, WebAPIs.
