Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business goals and challenges.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders to elicit and document both business and technical requirements.
- Analyze, validate, and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with overarching business objectives.
- Create comprehensive requirement specification documents (SRS) including functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and process workflows.
- Work closely with development teams to effectively communicate requirements, address questions, and ensure solutions accurately meet client needs.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the entire development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between existing systems/processes and client requirements, proposing solutions to bridge those gaps.
- Participate in solution testing and validation to ensure they adhere to specified requirements and quality standards.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to both clients and internal teams regarding requirement clarification, changes, and ongoing maintenance.
Technical Skillset:
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques including workshops, interviews, use case analysis, and user story creation.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Solid understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Experience with B2B application integration.
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL (StrategicERP's database) and CRM systems (implementation or integration preferred).
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Master's degree a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on documenting technical requirements for ERP, CRM, or B2B applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear and concise technical requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
