Business Analyst - Internet/Online - IIT/NIT/BITS

Company is a business partner to Fashion and Lifestyle brands and retailers to deliver significant and sustainable increase in sales and inventory efficiency.

We provide solutions to identify the - right demand and enable - fast response to serve this demand - leading to higher sales at lower inventory. With proliferation of channels, categories and products, it is extremely difficult for brands and retailers to identify and respond to demand at a micro-level.

Our Tech-led Merchandising and Pricing solution can - sense demand at a granular level and provide the most optimal recommendations per demand - leading to significant increase in sales.

Role Description :

- Strong problem solving ability - Candidate needs to exhibit structured thinking, very strong Analytical Skills and Process Orientation

- Interested in creation of algorithms to solve for Smart Merchandising, Pricing, and Distribution and effectively translating it into Products

- Convert data to facilitate analysis, conduct analysis, extract Insights, formulate recommendations

- Business Analysts are expected to drive projects independently with senior management stakeholders & also collaborate with teams to drive impact and results

- High on energy, assertive and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications :

- At least 1-4 years of analytical experience with a bachelor's or master's degree from Tier-1 engineering colleges.

- Proven track record of successful communication of analytical outcomes through written communication, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
