The Business Analyst will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather data and analyze business requirements / generate insights. The Business Analyst will also be involved in identifying areas for process improvement and recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Requirement Elicitation and Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and CXO. Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to various audiences.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation including business requirements, and use cases.
- Using tools (SQL / Advanced Excel) to extract data from primary and secondary sources
- Performing analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data. Filter Data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify problems
- Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction
- Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time.
- Analyzing local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry
- Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA degree is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
