Business Analyst - Internet/Online

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing data, generating insights, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize business performance. Reporting directly to the Finance Head, you will collaborate closely with them to support financial analysis, forecasting, and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business data, including financial metrics, market trends, and operational performance.

- Collaborate with the Finance Head and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify business needs, and define project objectives.

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against goals.

- Interpret data findings and extract actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive operational efficiency.

- Support the Finance Head in developing financial models, conducting variance analysis, and preparing budget forecasts.

- Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries to communicate analysis results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance analytical capabilities and drive innovation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Solid understanding of financial principles, performance metrics, and forecasting methodologies.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
