Position: Business Analyst

Experience: 7-14 Years

Role Spectrum - Business Analyst

Main functions of job:

Identification, visualization, design & implementation of tools, technologies, platforms & practices to enhance operations & elevate standing in the industry

Reporting to Lead Transformation Consultant OR Head of Intelligent Automation Practice

Responsibilities:

- Research & analysis of technology trends

- Perform competitive analysis, market trend analysis & Gap analysis to ensure market leading products

- Recognize areas of improvement within company, its clients & prospects.

- Product development

- Ideation, concept validation, design, development & testing

- Market testing

- Launch planning

- Marketing metrics, controls, audits

- Exposure to Operations and Service Industry

- Higher than average analytical, written and oral communication skill.

- Experience in project status reporting (including risks, issues, action items).

- Experience in working with international clients, senior management and staff.

- Exposure to change management as part of project lifecycle.

- US Healthcare industry exposure.

Must Require Skills :

Transformation Business Analyst

- Bachelor or Master's degree in a technology, business or hybrid discipline

- Exposure to (US) Healthcare domain, particularly the insurance domain

- Any process optimization background (LEAN, Six Sigma) is an added advantage.

- Prior experience on RFPs, RFQs, estimations and other similar technical documentation is desired.

- Exposure to research, digital transformation strategy initiatives

- Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory).
