We have 2 Contract to Hire positions for Business Analysts (Techno-Functional) at Trivandrum location for one of our projects. This position may be converted to perm hire subject to candidates performance after 6 months as per project requirement. The joining Period should be Immediate to 15 - 20 days The requirement is as below Experience : 3 + Year Pay max - 10 LPA Job Description - Graduate or Post Graduate degree - Minimum 3 years of total work experience (Preferably insurance domain) Experience Bracket 3-4 years - Sound knowledge in Insurance domain and exposure to IT Application Analysis. - Previous work experience in one of the Insurance operational areas - Policy Administration, Claims, Accounting and Reinsurance. - Experience of dealing direct with Business users to handle queries and resolve issues effectively and reliably. - Capable of taking overall responsibility for the deliverables. - Experience of working with Project Management tools, Process tools, Workflow and Document Management tools is desirable. - Mandatory: Excellent Analytical and Problem-solving approach. Insurance Domain skills. Excellent Communication (Oral & Written English) skills. - Desirable: Insurance Certifications - Desirable: Working experience in Global Genius, COGNOS, any policy administration System - Desirable: Previous work experience on any Global Insurance IT systems. - Desirable: Knowledge of Financial areas/Previous work experience on Finance systems. - Desirable: Previous work experience in Application Development / Maintenance in one of the Technology areas using SQL/DB tools
