Business Analyst - Insurance Domain

Position Overview:

- We are seeking a Techno-Functional Business Solution / Analyst with experience in both the Insurance sales process/Journey and IT systems, having the ability to identify and bridge between business needs with the current technology platforms.

- The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting business requirements, customer/Sales onboarding journey, Insurance Product Specifications & Configuration, BRD preparation, and collaboration with internal & external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience -

- Bachelor/Masters degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

-Hands-on experience and understanding of insurance business operations. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance domain (Life/Health or GI). 2-3 years in business solutions or as a business analyst

- Insurance Domain knowledge is a must.
